This place suits me perfectly, offering a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a cozy bar lounge area. On my first stay, the staff guided me to my destination, and I appreciated their helpfulness. I highly recommend it for a stress-free holiday, and I'm coming back for Easter!

Immaculate room with best bathroom and sensational breakfast. Extremely comfy bed and pleasant staff. Unbeatable location to benalmadena marina, historic style building. Quick check-in, parking on-site.

The hotel was in an exceptional location, on outskirts of Torremolinos. It was a minute walk from Bombay Grill, where you can have lunch.

The hotel was completely renovated some time ago, the rooms are very nice. The kitchen is better than generally in Spanish hotels, the back exit leads straight to the promenade.
Bathrooms have only been partially renovated, it looks shabby, there is a need for improvement.

During my 4-night stay, I was really impressed with the Mediterranean cuisine, particularly the fresh seafood that I'd highly recommend. The location was amazing, being just a short walk from the beach and near vibrant nightlife options. The room was well-decorated and the breakfast options were quite satisfying. I found the buffet to be a bit crowded and chaotic, which detracted from the experience somewhat.

The breakfast is great! Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, there are no minus points.
The cocktails in the hotel bar did not taste good at all and are not cheap.

Location
Refused to honor booking putting us in dire room little better than hostel quality until sorted out by Booked.net though this took 2 nights only there for 4 so spoilt break. We had to pay upgrade and have to recover cost from Booked.net. Reception and restaurant staff should sue the charm school and go for customer service training. We speak some Spanish and that didn.t help either. Could not get into courtesy room for clothes change even after waiting an hour, had to use toilet or would have missed flight. When finally given room upgrade carpet filthy, bathroom smelly and a/c not working properly and access to room through grim corridor fifthy carpet again and damp crumbly walls, list could go on.
